Investigations: Ruled out endocrine conditions per se causing low FT3 and low testosterone. DXA scan revealed lumbar spine Z score less than -2

Management: discussion of RED-S. Collaborative approach, with input from sports performance nutritionist, coach and fiancé to support recovery. Implementation of periodised nutrition adequate for demand, incremental return to structured training and competition success
